We will use MFR therapy balls, body weight, and breath to:
Reduce muscle tension and stiffness through unlocking tightened fascia – making it easier to relax, move, and heal

Join me for a 90-minute lower body-focused slow flow and Roll Method practice to melt away tension in the hips and lower back.
Props and tools will be provided – no equipment necessary unless you have your own therapy balls you’d like to bring!
